NEWS DETAIL
After much anticipation, college football video gaming has finally returned. We are about to enjoy the wonderful game experience brought by EA Sports College Football 25. This game is a follow-up to NCAA Football 14 and introduces many features, such as pipelines system.
Pipelines system provided by Dynasty Mode can help us replicate college football recruiting as realistically as possible. Maybe you don’t know what pipelines system is and how to choose the pipelines that are right for you in College Football 25. In this article, we will tell you about it.
In this article, you can learn about these contents and prepare for you to get more College Football 25 Coins, and it can also help you build a more suitable team to win more games.
What Are Pipelines?
In fact, pipelines are regions or states that coaches or schools are particularly familiar with. In a way, recruits from a region or state you are familiar with are more likely to be interested in your school.
This is actually similar to IRL recruiting, where high school athletes are more likely to be interested in schools in their hometowns or nearby. Most people prefer to stay close to home rather than leave their hometowns, but not everyone does.
But for some recruits, this is a very important factor and may even be deciding factor. Pipelines will affect their entry into your school. Some states are divided into multiple pipelines, but some states are combined into one pipeline.
For example, states such as California, Georgia, Florida and Texas are all populated, so they are divided into multiple pipelines, such as Central Florida and South Georgia. Some states with lower population density may be one pipeline, such as Big Sky and Pacific Northwest.
Pipeline option can be found on EA Sports College Football 25 menu screen. Schools use a ranking system for pipelines, with the weakest being one and the strongest being five. Each school has a pipeline level based on the school’s history of recruiting in the region.
Each pipeline level is fixed and will not change when you save a file. However, we can change a coach’s pipeline by going Edit Coach menu.
The Best Pipeline For Our Team
When we create a coach in Dynasty Mode, we can choose a pipeline for our coach. The pipeline you choose represents professional background of this coach. This means where they worked before becoming the coach of your team, which high school coaches they are familiar with, and which schools in the state or region they have connections with. This is a way, if you want, to recruit more players in a certain region or state.
For example, I have a New Mexico file where I went to school in Maryland. This local coach chose Tidewater pipeline because Tidewater pipeline includes Maryland region and likes to recruit new players in the region. My ultimate goal in this mode and Maryland is to dominate Tidewater region and continue to recruit new players from far away.
For other regions, the situation may be different. For example, New Mexico, I don’t plan to stay in this place forever, so it is more useful to choose pipeline of Texas or California than pipeline of New Mexico. Both states are close to New Mexico, so I am satisfied with Proximity to Home Rating. And we are likely to find some overlooked but strong players in such a populous area.
Schools also prefer to contact coaches with synergies. At the beginning of Dynasty, you may work at a one-star school, but if you want to switch to Alabama, then Alabama pipeline is the best pipeline for you.
In fact, the question of which is the best pipeline is very subjective. We have to consider the issue in your school and your save file goals. We usually choose the area that makes sense for your school and your save file, rather than the area with the most people.
Maybe your area is full of talent, so your school can recruit any player it wants. So how should we choose with so many options?
Florida, Texas, Georgia, and California pipelines are all good starting points because each pipeline has a lot of talent. In addition, Louisiana and Metro Atlanta are also worth considering.
There are many prospect list screens in EA Sports College Football 25, showing many 5-star prospects, mainly from the southern region. New Mexico Lobos cannot get any 5-star prospects.
Each region’s pipeline not only has high-level quality talents but also talents related to the region. For example, Southern California is a region that pays great attention to cultivating quarterbacks, so there are many excellent quarterbacks in this region. East Texas is known for its excellent wide receivers. These may just be the surface. We hope to conduct more in-depth research and understand more accurate information about high school talents.
What is the best pipeline depends on what you need? If you need an excellent quarterback, you want a quarterback who can dominate the school, then Southern California is your best choice.
One of the fun things about College football dynasties is that they are created by you, and you can decide what your goals are? The existence of the pipeline system is to add a way to enrich the experience.
